Marjorie Herrera Lewis serves as Commissioner of the Women’s Flagball League. In that role, she oversees league operations, competitive integrity, and the development of the WFL brand and mission.
An award-winning sports journalist, author, professor, and former college football coach, Marjorie brings decades of experience in sports leadership and storytelling. She was the first female journalist assigned to the Dallas Cowboys beat during her career with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and later covered the NFL for The Dallas Morning News.
Paden Sickles serves as the President and General Manager of the Fort Worth–Arlington Pilots and the Associate Commissioner of the Women’s Flag League (WFL). In these roles, she oversees organizational strategy, player personnel, and the advancement of professional standards within the sport.
A former Army Engineer Officer and one of the first women to lead enlisted female combat engineers, Paden brings over a decade of military precision and strategic leadership to the front office. She is the Founder and CEO of SickFit and a founding partner of the Global Flag Football League, leveraging her background in finance and marketing to bridge the gap between elite athletic performance and global brand innovation.
Alisa Hood is a former healthcare executive turned entrepreneur, restaurant owner, beauty founder, fashion and lifestyle influencer, and podcast host known for blending confidence, style, and purpose. After an extensive career in healthcare leadership, she boldly reinvented herself—building a multi-faceted personal brand at the intersection of hospitality, beauty, fashion, sports, and storytelling.

In her dual role, Marnie Schneider oversees the WFL's financial operations while leading outreach initiatives that expand access and opportunity for women in football. Marnie works closely with community organizations, youth programs, and partners to build meaningful connections that strengthen the WFL’s presence and inspire the next generation of female athletes.
Marnie is also the CEO of Gameday in the USA and the author of the 12-book football series Football Freddie and Fumble the Dog, along with her new two-book baseball series, Baseball Billie and Bunt the Dog. Each book in both of these series takes young readers on a sports adventure in a different city, bringing the culture, landmarks, and excitement of game day to life. She is an inspirational speaker, podcaster, and philanthropist whose work reflects her passion for sports and helping others achieve their own victories.
Marnie’s commitment to sports and service is rooted in her family heritage—she is the granddaughter of Leonard Tose, former owner of the Philadelphia Eagles and founder of the Ronald McDonald House; and the daughter of Susan Tose Spencer, the first (and still the only) female General Manager of an NFL team, as well as former legal counsel and Vice President for the Eagles.
Scott Murray, longtime Dallas-Fort Worth sports media personality, manages the league’s media relations, communications strategy, and storytelling efforts. His role includes promoting the league’s athletes, teams, and events while helping build national awareness of the WFL.
From US. Presidents to U.S. Opens, the World Series to the World Cup, the Olympic Games to 40 Super Bowls, Scott has covered them all. He spent three decades with NBC television as a multi-EMMY Award-winning television sports anchor and broadcast journalist. Scott now serves as a keynote speaker, emcee/moderator, podcast/radio host, and published author of three books. In addition, he serves as CEO of Murray Media World, a television production/AV event company, with his son, Doug, who serves as President. Philanthropically, The Scott Murray Foundation, "Lifting Spirits... Building Dreams" benefits both sick and in-need children or students seeking a college education.
Randy Hood, is counsel to the Women's Flagball League. Hood is a lawyer with offices in South Carolina. He practices primarily in the catastrophic injury area of law. He and his wife also own a legal tech company as well as a Charlotte, N.C restaurant, The Office Craft Bar and Kitchen. Randy loves both live sports and concerts. He and his wife love hanging out in New York City and traveling to Europe.
